Switching from football to running after knee surgery and various ankle and knee injuries was an unusual decision; however, doing something is essential to keep both body and mind motivated and fit. Human beings are among God's finest creations—which is why they are referred to as the "best of creation". This was my second 10K marathon, and participating in the #sekhon #marathon proved to be an excellent choice.. it was perfect in every respect, and the arrangements were exemplary. We saw everyone running here—from the elderly to children, women, and people with disabilities—and the spirit of all were incredibly high.
Even if body gives up, if the mind remains resolute, you can pull the body along and achieve great things. Marathons and running are not the ultimate purpose of human existence... rather, one must constantly seek the true purpose of one's creation, which requires staying connected to God and His creation.
Furthermore, a young person should always remember this message from the second Caliph of the #ahmadiyya community: " A nation cannot be reformed without the reformation of its Youth".

You cannot simply deny the power of Allah the Almighty and His magnificent creation, every single atom bears witness to the Creator. It is important that this worldly beauty guides us toward the beauty of the Hereafter and leads us to walk the path that enables us to attain it. taken in Jammu Kashmir India by @awaazdo777

This ride was, quite simply, a challenge I undertook against myself. I had neither any specific plan nor the physical strength for it; it took just a single phone call from ihsan ali to set the wheels in motion for a bicycle ride toward the mountains. Once we set out, there was no question of turning back, and along the way, the necessary provisions seemed to materialize of their own accord. We found our protein in the form of biryani, and our overnight stay at the Khajjan Mission turned into a memorable story in itself. After the grueling fatigue of a 105-kilometer journey—and following a hearty meal of *qorma*—our mind finally cleared. Considering the treacherous terrain that lay ahead, we decided to leave our bicycles behind and complete the remaining 60 kilometers by bus. And in this manner, we finally arrived at Kareri. Here—from cooking meals by the riverbank to taking a dip in water at a freezing minus 10 degrees, and from the view through our bunk-bed window to the magnificent snow-capped mountains—everything served as a breathtaking testament to the awe-inspiring power of the Divine.

A heart which has no desire to receive Divine communion is dead; a religion which cannot lead its followers to this perfection and fails to grant them communion with God, does not possess the spirit of truth and does not come from God; ...
