Old school roots. Timeless bonds. 🤍🕌 Back at Dalton Islamic Center with our first Ameer Hammed El Ameen and Rafeek Mughrabi. Men who laid the foundation and carried the vision when this community was just beginning. Also pictured is the rest of the Awad Squad who grew up in this mosque. We were raised here. Our values were shaped here. Our brotherhood was forged here. Generations pass but the mission remains. Grateful for those who came before us and hopeful for those who will come after. by @awadmaster

🎥 Capturing history with Jamal Awad for @palistory.usa is an incredible experience! From being born in a refugee camp—what he called an “All-Star Hotel” ⭐🏨—to immigrating to the U.S. and earning his Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech 🏗️🎓. He raised six powerhouse children, and I’m blessed to be one of them! 💪🏽❤️ His story is a testament to resilience, faith, and the unstoppable spirit of Palestinians. 🇵🇸✨ #Palistory #JamalAwad #RefugeeToEngineer #PalestinianExcellence #GeorgiaTech #Resilience #PalestineWillBeFree #FromNakbaToVictory 🚀 by @awadmaster
