Hit my 5 miles in an hr. last month.

Easing up on the distance/time while the body adjusts to the living foods frequency, cleansing, integrating, regenerating new energy ✨

On my living foods again as of May 13th
(Aka ‘raw vegan‘ do we have to use this term?)

Loving 🍉 juice in summer:

1) Get some mason jars and a mason jar sealer, lasts up to 3 days still fresh

2) Hand squeeze in a nut mylk bag or run through your juicer. (P.s. watermelon is easy to clean from juicer)
One medium to large watermelon makes about 1 gallon of juice.

3) Glow ✨

It’s the Fire Horse Year. Ready to run wild?
Igniting the tinder. Letting it transform.
Powerful, bright hearted, courageous lover of life.
Light it up Phoenix. It’s creation time.

If you’re in Brooklyn this weekend or next, DM FIRE, if you want in for the next level version of you. We’ll be manifesting in a sacred container together.

Ready for the new, it’s right on time ✨✨✨

Some days that’s what counts. You did it great, you did it in the middle. Some days maybe even not so great. But you got up, and you did it. That’s the shine ✨

Sometimes we think we can’t go further, but we can. We just need to get past the ‘can’t’, and then we’re in a whole new field of possibility.

Sometimes we need some extra sleep. Sometimes we need to channel from a deeper source. Wake up time, let the light in.

You made it, it’s yours. Your freedom, your medicine, your life, your light, your gift.

No one can give it to you, and no one can take it from you.

Rise and shine my love.

I was going to do an easy day today, but all that happened was, we slowed it down, stretched it out, and went further.

Love that heart healing.
