Let’s pray for an awakening in our families, community and cities!
Why? Because:

“And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you!” Romans 8:11

Day 89 of #100daysofprayer for our city of Seattle!

PRAY with me:
Jesus, my heart is broken for my city. Will you restore it to You? Break my heart for what breaks yours. We pray for reconciliation in our city: reconciliation with God and with one another. We pray against division and instead, we pray, there will be peace and reconciliation in our city.
In Jesus name!

“God made peace through Christ’s blood on the cross to reconcile all things to Himself” Colossians 1:20

“Live at peace with everyone, as much as it depends on you.” Romans 12:18

Pray for Seattle with us!

Heavenly Father,

Today we lift up our city to You, asking for Your mercy, comfort, and peace in the midst of these turbulent times in Seattle.

We pray for the families of those who lost their lives in this tragic act of violence. Surround them with Your love, comfort, and strength as they grieve. Lord, we also pray for those who were injured. Bring healing to their bodies, peace to their hearts, and complete restoration. We lift up every person affected by this tragedy, asking that Your grace and presence would sustain them during this difficult time.

Lord Jesus, we pray for the leaders of our city. Draw them close to You. Give them wisdom, courage, and integrity as they serve. Help them lead Seattle with justice, compassion, and according to Your righteous ways.

Father, we pray that even in the midst of this tragedy, You would bring a spiritual awakening to our city. Turn our hearts back to You. Help us repent of our sins, turn from our wicked ways, and follow You wholeheartedly. May Your light shine brightly in the darkness, bringing hope, healing, and transformation.

Restore peace to our neighborhoods, renew our faith, and unite us as a community under Your love and truth.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Amen. 🙏🏾
