I can begin the day with twelve brilliant ideas and end it unable to choose what to eat. Somewhere in between, my brain quietly clocks out without notifying management. Our MS word of the day is cognitive fatigue. The medical definition is mental exhaustion resulting from sustained thinking, concentration or decision-making do to neurological inefficiency.
