In our house, we know firsthand that a routine check-up can change everything.

So here's our ask this Sunday: book the appointment you've been putting off. Your mammogram if you're 40 or older. A risk conversation with your provider if you're younger or have a family history. Your annual physical.

And then tag someone you love and ask them to book theirs. Yes, the men in your life too. 💙💗

Taking care of you is never selfish. It's how you get more time with the people you love.

If Dave and his family’s story taught us anything, it's this: paying attention matters.

For breast health, that means knowing what's normal for you and calling your provider if you notice:

✔️ A new lump or thickening

✔️ A change in size or shape

✔️ Skin dimpling or puckering

✔️ Nipple changes or discharge

✔️ Redness or scaling

Most changes aren't cancer. But a change is always worth a call. 📞

You know those moments when you stop mid-task and think, “Wait. We actually did that?”
