Energy Work is Magic ✨ Late night Monday Musings

But seriously, vet and check your energy worker. Ask questions like;

How often do you cleanse yourself?

Acceptable Answers:
•Daily
•Several times a day
•As often as I interact with anything

We’re exposed to so much energy as humans. Include connecting to and healing other peoples energy (which is most often times NOT well maintained) and it’s important to do it often. On yourself, your home, vehicle etc.
This is engrained in daily living. It’s natural at this rate.

How well maintained is your emotional health?

Acceptable answers:
•I am a master of (am mastering) my own thoughts and feelings
•I am well connected to my emotional, mental and physical well being
•I actively work to maintain homeostasis
•I actively seek to grow and improve

Do I feel safe with this healer?

Acceptable answers:
•No
•Yes

Be vigilant - trust the healer

Also taking applications for a healer myself. Haven’t met one I’d like to touch my energy yet. (Except sound baths. Those are yummyyyy)

When you’re feeling stuck between “I can & I can’t” but the “I can’t” is a self imposed limitation.

They say fear is an illusion, but what does that actually mean?

When you’re living in fear, you are staying caught in a cycle that keeps you really small.
It keeps your mind in a narrow place. Lacking expansion.

They say fear is an illusion because it’s how you direct your energy. And wherever you direct your energy, is your reality. If you repeat “I can’t, I’m afraid” then you remain stuck.

There are many ways to overcome fear and self limiting beliefs, it’s just finding the right one and the way that’s meant for you specifically. This is where practicing and playing around with different tools come in, while also maintaining it with intention and action.
But all of it comes from a lack of self confidence, self trust, & self love.
To overcome fear, you need to strengthen self-confidence, self trust, self love.

- Try daily affirmations “I am capable of trying and doing new things” “I can manage discomfort well”
- Try daily affirmations & looking at yourself in the mirror
- Try stating one honest truth about yourself daily,
- Take the time to self reflect and find areas of improvement and then actually improve them.
- Take aligned action. (Actually do the things you’re afraid of)
