I’ve been involved with fitness my whole life, starting with sports, and it became a true part of my identity over six years ago when I was first introduced to lifting through football. Since then, I’ve gone through multiple transformations, from fat to fit and skinny to fit, which gave me a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to change your body and mindset. Over time, training grew into more than just a physical pursuit. It became an outlet through hardships and losses, built me community whether I was moving away for college or traveling across the country to train with my biggest inspirations, and ultimately shaped me into the person I am today.

I bring both first-hand experience and professional knowledge to my coaching. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and currently train clients at the Student Recreation Center at Cal State Fullerton, where I’m also double majoring in Public Health and Kinesiology. My background covers athletic performance, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, which allows me to design personalized programs that fit different goals and needs. Every day I continue to expand my expertise, from learning how the body moves to applying the nutrition that fuels it, creating an approach that delivers real, sustainable results.
