I am not done yet, but it's a good start! 💪

1. Lifesum for tracking calories.
Started back in early Jan of 2023. Had been biking a little during fall, but at that time, I was still eating like crap. Started tracking with the app and have not missed a day since. It's not 100% accurate, of course, but it works for me.

2. Most of the work was done fairly early, as you can see in the graph. By late 2023, I had almost reached my goal of 100kg.

3. The only photo I have from the early days.
I believe I was a bit heavier that summer, guessing around 120(ish), but I can't confirm.

4. First real progress pic where it's a big difference.
A lot of my fat is stored in my stomach and thighs; my face is also a bit less round.

5. First time in a long time I had been under 100kg total. Cardio fitness was way up, and I felt much better physically and mentally. Sleep was the biggest thing I noticed improving as I lost weight.

6. Was just below 96kg but never hit my new goal of 95kg before bouncing up again.
Now I've been hovering around 100kg for a few months, going to the gym since it's been too cold to bike in the forests. Early gym gains are showing, but I'll probably do an update post in a few months.

Tyra became acutely ill back in October and seemed to have recovered, sadly she became sick again in December and on the 4th i took the decision to euthanize her.
We had 13 years together, sadly she wont be here for the next 13. by @axelbylund

After a little longer then two years of unemployment and overall a big derpressive episode I've gotten out of this slump. Finished a year of therapy, started on SSRI's and now I have signed a new job for the first time since covid started.

If you read this and feeling down I hope you get through it.

Thanks to my family for sticking with me and all the friends that have tried to keep me busy during this time 🥰
