We’re humbled by how far this journey has taken us — from backyard smoke sessions and pop-ups to being featured by Eater LA, Spectrum News, KIIS FM, Foodbeast and so many others. None of this would’ve been possible without the love, loyalty, and belief of the people who’ve stood with us since day one.

Every plate we’ve served has been a piece of our story…family, faith, and fire. 🔥

As we prepare to take the next step and build a space that feels like home for Axiom Kitchen, we just want to say thank you. For showing up. For spreading the word. For helping turn smoke into something bigger.

The next chapter is loading… 💙

This is what community looks like. 🙏🏽

Huge thank you to Jesus and the team at @meat_distributors in Compton for donating New York loin and pork loins to the @lbrescuemission through NoahS’s Arc Foundation and Axiom Kitchen.

Because of this donation, the Mission can serve an elegant dinner to the folks in their in house community and the larger community they feed every day. Not leftovers. Not an afterthought. A real meal, served with dignity.

That is the heart of this work, and we love doing it.
Thank you for helping us feed Long Beach. 🤎

ONLY 6 BBQ VENDOR SPACES LEFT 🔥

The 5th Anniversary Long Beach BBQ Festival is filling up, and we’re down to just 6 remaining BBQ vendor spaces for 2027.

We’re still looking for standout pitmasters, hidden gems, pop ups, food trailers, competition teams, and BBQ concepts ready to bring something special to California’s Largest BBQ Festival.

If you’ve been thinking about applying, now is the time.

I really thought letting them do the voiceover would save me some work. That was my first mistake 😂😂 I should’ve known better than to hand my kids a microphone. Anyway… the food looks good though 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

Happy birthday to our co-owner and pitmaster, Ian! 🎉❤️ If you know Axiom Kitchen, you know how much of what we do starts with him. He puts in some crazy hours, spends entirely too much time standing in front of a smoker 😂 and somehow still lets us volunteer him for random videos and whatever other ideas we come up with. He works hard, he takes a lot of pride in the food we put out, and Axiom Kitchen would not be what it is without him. So everybody help us wish Ian a very happy birthday today! And yes, we’re giving him the day off. 😂 Happy Birthday Ian! ❤️🎂🔥 taken in Long Beach, California by @axiom_kitchen

🎤 LB AMPLIFY: SEASON ONE IS COMING.

Tickets go on sale Friday, October 2nd, and this isn’t a show where you just stand in the crowd and watch. The audience will help decide who moves forward. 👀🔥

The first four nights, November 6, 7, 13 and 14, are the preliminary rounds, with artists and bands hitting the stage and competing for their chance to advance.

Then on November 21, the artists who make it through come back for the Championship Finale, where Season One’s winners will be decided.

There’s $8,000 in cash prizes on the line, and the Top 3 will earn a performance spot at the 5th Annual Long Beach BBQ Festival next May.

So come find your favorite, make some noise, cast your vote and help us decide who deserves to move on. 🎶🔥

Tickets on sale Friday, October 2nd.

Our social media budget said Ian was going to have to be the influencer. 😂 Fortunately, he already works here and accepts payment in brisket.
