Comfort kills dreams

1. Get outside for 20–30 minutes every day. Sunlight, fresh air, and nature consistently improve mood.
2. Exercise daily. Even a 20–30 minute walk counts.
3. Sleep 7.5–9 hours every night. Everything feels harder when you’re sleep-deprived.
4. Smile and say hello to people. Small positive interactions add up more than most people expect.
5. Eat mostly whole, single-ingredient foods. Build meals around meat, fish, eggs, fruit, vegetables, rice, potatoes, oats, nuts, and dairy if you tolerate it.
6. Practice gratitude. Write down or think of three things you’re thankful for each day.
7. Spend time with people you love. A conversation, shared meal, or phone call can have a bigger impact than scrolling for an hour.
8. Pray or meditate for 10 minutes. Quiet reflection helps reduce stress and gives perspective.
9. Limit social media and unnecessary screen time. Replace some scrolling with reading, walking, or hobbies.
10. Do one act of kindness every day. Hold a door, give a compliment, help someone, or check in on a friend.
