1990s mein Surat ke ek commissioner ne sare kutton ko marvane ka decision liya tha. Result kya hua? Kutton ke khatam hote hi rodents (chuho) ki population itni badh gayi ki Surat mein bubonic plague fail gaya! 200 logon ko city khali karni padi thi!
