I ❤️ Berlin by @ayanagarcia_

Marathon #11 and World Major #3 in BERLIN!🇩🇪

Started out really strong and felt great. I had run 10 miles without even realizing I was already at mile 10! Around the halfway point, the sun started to feel brutal. The heat was not something to mess with, so I slowed down and decided to just enjoy the race. So, so blessed to have completed another World Major and another race in another country just 3 weeks after Sydney. Thank you to my cheer squad for joining and to everyone who has gotten me to the start line. Time for some rest until next year. I’ll be back to running the states again! :)) by @ayanagarcia_

Marathon #10 and World Major Marathon #2!

Had to take a little break from my goal of running a marathon in every state to run the SYDNEY FREAKING MARATHON 🇦🇺

How crazy is it that running has brought me to a whole other continent!?? I still can’t believe it. I’m so grateful for this sport, for getting to do what I love, and for all of the opportunities it has given me. Next up: Berlin for my third star! 🙈 by @ayanagarcia_

Until next time! by @ayanagarcia_

Marathon #9 in North Carolina! Makes sense why they call Charlotte the Queen City, she damn near killed me😭. Nine marathons deep and it still isn’t easy. It’s not supposed to be. Every course tests you differently, and these Carolina hills and the heat was brutal. A great reminder to stay disciplined, stay humble, and stay hard.

Also, a big thank you to my momma for joining me and cheering me on, I wouldn’t be a marathon runner without her doing it first. by @ayanagarcia_

Marathon #8 in Iowa!! So proud of myself for this one as it was my first solo race. I’m so grateful I get to do what I do, I knew exactly what I needed mentally and physically to push myself to that finish line. Trust your strengths, trust your training, and do the damn thing🙂‍↕️ by @ayanagarcia_
