In partnership with the @WorldKombuchaAwards Gala, this fall luminaries in the European Kombucha Industry will shed their light on where Kombucha is heading in its next phase of growth and development in the UK & Europe. We’re excited to announce our first #KBI 2025 European Salon speaker: Martin Turjak!

Martin Turjak of @ayatana.eu began brewing kombucha 30+ years ago. After finishing a PhD in biology, he left academia & went to work in professional kitchens to better understand the F&B industry, & currently spends most of his time in breweries, helping them implement wild fermentation practices on a larger scale.

Brez tebe nam ne bi uspelo! ❤️ Pred točno enim letom, na prvi pomladni dan, smo Tavči kuhno odprli na novi, večji, lepši, boljši lokaciji v Lescah.

Ni (bilo) pa vse perfektno.

Velik prostor prinese tudi večje izzive. Več ljudi, večji ekipo, več in večje težave, več odgovornosti, stroškov in vedno se kaj najde, kar še ni v redu in kar je treba izboljšat. 🙃

Kljub vsemu se ti neizmerno zahvaljujemo, da vztrajaš z nami! 🙏🥂

Hvaležni smo tudi za res fino sodelovanje z @ayatana.eu ki skrbijo za delikateso, najboljšo kombucho, dnevno zabavo in še kup drugih stvari.

Nam pa ne zmanjka idej, da bo tebi in nam v naši Tavči kuhni še bolje. 🥰

Spremjaj nas še naprej in nam pomagaj ustvariti krasen prostor z dobro hrano, ambientom in energijo za boljši svet. Kaj je lažjega (in lepšega) kot spreminjat svet krožnik za krožnikom? 😉 Se vidimo!

World Kombucha Day 🍾 Jutri, 21.2., po obisku prejmeš brezplačno kombucho za v žep in za domov. 🤗 Za probat bodo trije okusi - izbereš lahko po svojih željah.
