Arkadaşlarım ailem, ailem arkadaşlarım. Ne yat ne kat ne araba ne o ne bu, hayattaki eeeen büyük hazine sevdiklerin. Onlarla biriktirdiğin an'lar paha biçilemez. Hiç birimiz dört dörtlük değiliz ama beraberken dördü dörtle dört milyon kez çarparız. Gurbet kuşu olmanın doğurduğu aidiyetsizlik hissiymiş oymuş buymuş, hepsi içi boş bir hikayeye dönüyo sizinle olunca. i spent my whole day with frida for frida and it was probably the best treat i’ve given myself lately.

to confess, i'd always felt a bit distant from her simply because i don’t like it when pop culture exaggerates something so much that you almost stop seeing what was there in the first place.

BUT this Tate date changed everything for me. i think the way @tate introduced Frida was the key. because i finally felt like i was meeting her, not just the Frida we all think we know. taken in Tate Modern by @aycabyaycas

a not-so-random day in my life

today, with the incredible support of ray of sunshine @eclecticraylondon, I sold this baby. a moment worth saving!

how do i feel? excited. happy. satisfied. grateful and… lucky.

ne zorlu bi şeymiş göçmek meğer!! ve ne de torpilli öğretileri getirecekmiş meğer. gelip geçiyo yıllar ama delip geçiyo yaşantılar. yine de sekiz yıl önce bana fragman gösterseler.. tamam derdim.

hamurumun yoğrulduğu yerden bambaşka bi yere göçünce çoğu şey tepetaklak oldu. koca bi belirsizlikle yıllarca süren dans. ama ne dans! arada bi dinlenmene izin veriyo sağolsun.

haliyle burada en çok belirsizliğin adımlarına ayak uydurmayı öğrendim, ayağıma basınca canım çok acıyo!

köklenememeyi, sabit bi evinin olmamasını, bir şeye sahip olamamayı, istediğimde istediğimi yapamayacak olmayı kabul ettim. düzen kurmadan düzene sahip olmayı, plan yapamamayı, her şeyi olduğu gibi kabul etmeyi öğrendim.
büyüdüm. büyüdüğümü fark ederek büyüdüm.
eski bildiğim benim sahip olduklarına duyduğum özlemi dönüştürmeyi, kendime hayal ettiğim hayatı verebilmeyi dert edinmeyi öğrendim. birisine veya bi şeye değil, sadece iç sesimin yoldaşlığına güvenmeyi ve doğduğumdan beri sahip olduğum tek gerçekliğe sığınmayı öğrendim: kendime. 🪞 taken in London, United Kingdom by @aycabyaycas

Fooling my brain before it fools me

I've been experimenting art in different levels over the past five years. The more i practice the more i connect with my inner child and letting her to take the creative lead, while mature self is giving her exactly what she needs.

That little happy kid who was bravely dreamt and believed everything was possible.

And she was right.
