This game has been my life since I was 7 years old. I never thought I’d have to make the decision to step away from the sport I truly love. But after two knee surgeries, I’ve decided to put my health first and close this chapter.
I wouldn’t change a thing about my journey this is the path God put me on, and I’m thankful for every step. To my coaches, teammates, and everyone who’s supported me your belief in me has meant the world, and those relationships will last a lifetime.
I’m excited for what’s next and can’t wait to see what in store for me. Thank you, football. ❤️ by @ayden_burkey
