The passing of someone close has reminded me how fragile and sacred this life truly is. Losing him has pushed me to enter my depths with a more relentless intention - to seek truth, live with purpose, and never take another day for granted. We all miss him deeply. His absence is felt in the quiet moments and in the laughter we wish we could still share with him. But even in that loss, there is gratitude 😤gratitude for the time we had, for the impact he left on all of us, and for the belief that his spirit now watches over us. One moment you’re moving through life on autopilot, the next you’re staring death in the face. That kind of moment doesn’t just shake you… it rewires you.

When you’ve been to hell and back, you stop wasting time on things that don’t matter. Pain turns into perspective. Survival turns into purpose. But healing isn’t just physical it’s nervous system, fascia, and mindset too.

When your body is tight, trauma stored, and your system is stuck in fight-or-flight, your decisions get reckless and your focus gets foggy. So you gotta recalibrate. Slow the breath. Release the tension. Regulate the nervous system. Because a calm body makes smart moves.

Folgers Crystals by J. Cole reminds me of cold mornings, empty pockets, and the hunger that keeps you pushing when nobody’s watching. Not for applause. Not for money. But for the vision you carry when nobody else believes yet.

You gotta go through it to reach it.

There is a war inside me most days. One part of me is chasing tomorrow. Freedom Power. The life I see in flashes behind my eyelids. The other part is begging me to just be here and feel the ground under my feet. They say the present is where peace lives but the human in me still hungers for what is ahead even though tomorrow has never belonged to anyone. And still I run. I have learned something in the silence. In the ache. In the nights where memory hits like a blade. Maybe suffering is where meaning is made. Maybe that is why we look backward so often. Why we replay ghosts. Why love that is gone still burns like it carved its initials into our ribs. The mind is cruel and beautiful and it remembers too much. Flashbacks. Desires. Regrets. Is that what it means to be alive. To carry visions we can never touch again yet still let them shape us. To hold a love we cannot reach a rage we cannot bury a hunger that never dies. To stare at a story we wish we could rewrite but never do. Still I walk. Coping is not peace. Coping is choosing not to collapse. The what if behind us can strangle. The what could be ahead can taunt. Maybe that tension between pain and possibility is the only way we ever learn presence. Maybe you do not escape your shadows. Maybe you carry them. Maybe you sit with every version of yourself. The wounded. The angry The romantic The relentless. Not just the polished piece you show the world. And here is the truth You cannot outrun what lives in your bones. You cannot silence what was branded into your memory. You cannot numb the hunger that is wired into your spirit. You can drown it. You can deny it. You can collapse beneath it. But you will meet it again. In the quiet. In the dark In the moments no one sees. So I stand in the fire Not healed. Not whole. Not finished. Just breathing Just present. Just honest. I feel the ruins. I feel the scars. I feel the pulse of a life that refuses to die in me. And maybe that is the point. Maybe the now was never meant to save me. But to break me open.So I can finally face myself without running. If there is a doorway to the life I want it is here. To those who’ve walked beside me,
To those who’ve known me in my darker hours,
This is both an explanation and a prayer.

There has been a quiet death in my life
One without funeral or casket, but sacred all the same.
I’ve laid to rest an old version of myself.
Not in bitterness, but in reverence.
Not out of shame, but out of truth.

The self I’ve let go was built out of survival~
A being shaped by pain, defense, and fear.
That version of me fought hard to stay afloat
In waters that threatened to drown every soft part of who I was.
They carried burdens I couldn’t yet name,
Silenced dreams I wasn’t yet ready to voice,
And wore masks that kept me hidden from even my own reflection.

And though I have outgrown that self,
I don’t hate them.
In fact, I honor them
For they held me until I was ready to hold myself.

But now, something deeper has called me forward.
A shedding. A surrender. A spiritual reset.
And so I’ve released that past self with ceremony.
Like a tree letting go of its leaves,
Not because they were wrong
But because it’s time to grow in a new direction.

This is not a rebrand. It’s not a phase.
It is a resurrection.

I no longer move from wounded patterns.
I no longer chase validation, acceptance, or numbness.
What’s being born now is quieter, clearer, and more whole.

Call it a rebirth. Call it an awakening.
Call it a return to my soul’s original rhythm.
I don’t need to be fully understood to be fully aligned.

So if you’re reading this and wondering where the old me has gone,
They’ve been laid to rest with grace.
And from that grave has risen something true—
A self that walks in purpose, in faith, and in power.

This isn’t the end of me.
It’s the beginning of who I really am.

With love, with clarity, and with peace,
I step forward.

Let the past be honored.
Let the future be sacred.
Let the present be enough.

Accepted lesson ready for another?

Ones who choose to rediscover what it means to BE different from the self…different from the person they created for show and tell

To accept and embody that lesson, you must take inventory on what your trully left with
In every moment you will be tested
To transcend beyond the veil
Perceiving all things within time and space
Correlating the connection of all things to the original point of expansion
Everything to ever exist has flowed from the etheric energy inside of you
That etheric energy inside you has been here b4 anyone’s existence

Therefore everything is one and nothing is missing
