1 year of 216 lagree. this place truly saved me in the best way possible.

when i was 25 this was just a silly joke with my friends. honestly, one day it just clicked and im SO glad i listened to that calling. now because of YOU trusting me, i get to do what i love for the rest of my life.

thank you @lagreefitness for finding me during one of my lowest points in LA. i’m blessed i could bring this too cle. i’ve never been this strong in my life.

thank you to my dad & brother who helped me build out this whole space. driving a hour to fix one minor detail. my entire family supported this whole process. and if they didn’t support me moving states, exploring the world, and trying new things - i wouldn’t of done this.

thank you to all of my friends who helped give me the confidence to even do this! not only showing up physically, but mentally. i was very close to burn out many times, but my friends kept me sane. they helped me stay disciplined and focused. i have the best circle in the world.

thank you to ALL OF MY INSTRUCTORS for always treating this place like your own. and helping make it better every day. our whole team gives 100000% every day, and i couldn’t be more blessed. getting to know each of you personally and watching you each express yourself is the best job in the world.

& thank you for every single client, new face, new friend, anyone who has walked through those doors and gave us a chance. thank you for continuing to show up for yourself literally every day and make this community what it is! WE WOULD BE NOTHING WITHOUT YOU!💜

with so much love and gratitude,
-mikaela 💜
