الحمد لله

10 nights of Burd. Mawlid. And a journey I honestly don’t know how to put into words. 🤍

Looking back at these pictures, I realise that this was so much more than just 10 nights.

It was the people I met, the conversations, the salawāt, the late nights, the laughter, the tears… and all those little moments that somehow stayed with me.

I came into this journey not really knowing what to expect. I just knew I wanted to be there, to listen, to learn, to remember, and to feel closer to the love of our Beloved ﷺ.

And somehow, along the way, something changed in me.

There were moments when I couldn’t hold back my tears. Not because I was sad, but because I felt so much gratitude, love and emotion all at once. And on the last night, during the Burd, I found myself crying, completely overwhelmed by what these days had meant to me.

Then came the Mawlid. 🤍

And standing there, after everything we had shared during these nights, I just felt grateful. Grateful that Allah allowed me to experience this. Grateful for every salawāt, every voice, every smile, every tear, every person and every moment.

And a special thank you to Ya Seydi Ben Cheikh @benwaafa , for creating @sop_naby_france and for giving us a space to come together, to remember, to learn and to celebrate our love for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

May Allah reward you for this beautiful initiative, for the people you have brought together and for every heart that has been touched through it.

These 10 nights may be over, but I know I’m leaving them with something that will stay with me.

A fuller heart. A deeper love. And, in many ways, the feeling that this is only the beginning.
