POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
@ayindeleconte

A year ago, I was taking small video gigs, working shifts I knew I didn’t want to be stuck in, and trying to figure out what was next for me.

I remember asking myself, “Is this really what I’m going to keep doing?”

So I picked up a camera and started learning.

I taught myself how to shoot, edit, create content, and eventually, how to get people to pay attention.

At first, I thought making better videos was the answer.

It wasn’t.

I started realizing that you could have the best video in the world, but if the right people never see it, it doesn’t do much for the business.

And even when the views come, what happens next?

Do people remember you?
Do they trust you?
Do they actually want to work with you?

That changed the way I looked at content completely.

I stopped thinking like a videographer and started thinking about the entire process behind turning attention into business.

I learned through bad clients, failed content, long nights, mistakes, and a lot of trial and error.

Eventually, I built a system around what was actually working.

That decision took me from booking video gigs to building my own social media agency and helping professional service-based businesses build personal brands that actually support their growth.

Some of my clients have gone from barely being seen online to becoming recognized names in their local markets.

But I’m not chasing views just to say we got views.

I want the content to do something.

Build trust.
Create demand.
Keep the business top of mind.
And ultimately, generate revenue.

That’s what I’m continuing to master.

And I’m going to share more of what I’ve learned along the way, including what worked, what didn’t, and what I would do differently if I had to start over.

If you run a professional service-based business and know you should be doing more with your personal brand,

If your content could be posted by any of your competitors, what helps someone choose you?

You’ve solved problems, made mistakes, and had conversations that changed how you do business. Those experiences give you something worth sharing.

What do you notice that your clients usually miss?
What advice do you disagree with?
What have you learned that changed how you serve people?

Answer those questions in your content. Explain your reasoning. Share the experience behind it.

That’s the Identify step of my VISION framework: finding what makes your perspective different and giving people a reason to trust it.

Your personal injury firm’s content should give people a reason to choose you, not just remind them you exist.

That’s why I use VISION. Validate who you want to reach and what matters to them. Identify how you help and what makes your approach different. Shape your message with your own stories and experience.

Then Implement by posting and testing consistently. Optimize based on what connects with the right people and brings relevant inquiries. Nurture that interest through helpful content, conversations, and clear follow-up.

Together, these steps give your content a purpose: helping potential clients get to know your firm, build trust, and take the next step toward a consultation.

More views don’t automatically mean more customers. Neither does a bigger follower count.

If people follow you for a random funny video, they might have no interest in what you sell.

Before spending another three hours filming and editing, get clear on these things 👇

- Who do you want as a customer?
Be more specific than “everyone.”

- What are they worried about?
Answer the questions that make them hesitate.

- What’s frustrating them?
Talk about a problem they recognize.

- What do they want?
Explain how your service helps them get there.

- What should they do next?
Make it easy to learn more or reach out.

Posting might not cost money, but creating content still costs time.

Going viral can be a win. Just make sure you’re giving the right people a reason to stick around.

Save this before planning your next video.

If your competitors could post your content word for word, what makes it yours?

You can all share useful tips. But you haven’t all worked with the same customers, made the same mistakes, or learned the same lessons.

That’s what your content needs to show.

Instead of only saying what someone should do, explain why you recommend it. Share a situation you’ve dealt with, what you tried, and what you’d do differently now.

Those details help potential customers understand how you think and what working with you might be like.

Your experience gives people something to remember beyond another helpful tip.

Posting legal tips isn’t enough to show people why they should choose you. You need to know who you want to reach, what they care about, and how your experience makes your approach different.

That’s what a content system helps you do. It gives you a plan for what to say, how to show your personality, and what to improve based on the response. So you’re not just posting to stay active. You’re helping potential clients get to know your firm and take the next step.

Save this so you know how to build trust online

Your next customer might care more about one answered question than your last ten posts.

If your goal is attracting clients, here’s how I’d rank these content types.

Real customer questions get S tier. Answer what people ask before buying: how it works, what to expect, and whether your service fits their situation.

Client stories shared with permission get A tier. Explain what someone needed, how you helped, and what happened. Give potential customers a real experience to consider.

Tips and tutorials get B tier. They’re useful, but connect the advice to the problem you solve and explain when someone might need your help.

Unrelated trends get F tier for this goal. Attention from people who don’t need your service isn’t much to build on.

Team celebrations rank low for directly generating inquiries, but they can still show the people behind your business. Give them a place without making them your entire content strategy.

Before posting, ask: “Does this help a potential customer understand us or feel more confident reaching out?”

Your next content idea might be sitting in your last customer conversation.

Before searching for 30 new things to post, pick one question people keep asking you. Then go deeper.

Explain the answer. Show a real example. Talk about a common mistake. Share how you helped a customer through it.

“How much does it cost?” can become content about what affects the price, what’s included, and how to choose the right option.

That’s several useful posts from one question, without scrambling for unrelated ideas.

You don’t have to say something completely new every day. Give potential customers a clearer understanding of something that matters to them.

If the message sits unanswered or nobody follows up, creating more content won’t fix that gap.

For personal injury firms, getting attention is only part of the process. You also need a clear plan for handling that interest 👇

- Respond to inquiries promptly.
Make it easy for someone to connect with your intake team.

- Give them a clear next step.
Explain how to request a consultation and what to expect.

- Follow up when appropriate.
If someone asks for help but doesn’t finish scheduling, don’t leave the next step unclear.

- Keep showing up through useful content.
Answer common questions and help followers get to know your attorneys before they need you.

- Respect their boundaries.
Keep follow-up helpful, get permission where needed, and stop when someone asks.

Not every follower needs an attorney today. And not every inquiry will become a signed case.

But someone who wants your help shouldn’t get lost between a DM and your intake team.

That’s the Nurture step in my VISION framework: staying connected and giving interested people a clear path forward.

Here’s a simple way to think about your content 👇

- Client story → TRUST
Show how you helped a real customer. Ask permission first.

- Giveaway → ATTENTION
People notice the prize. Make it something your potential customers would want.

- Customer question → TRUST
Answer something people want to know before buying.

- Strong opinion → BOTH
Your opinion gets attention. Explaining why helps people understand you.

- Discount → ATTENTION
A deal can get people interested. It doesn’t tell them how good your service is.

- Behind the scenes → TRUST
Show who’s doing the work and how it gets done.

- Helpful video reply → TRUST
Answer someone’s comment in a way that helps other people, too.

Use content to help people find you AND get to know you.

Save this list for the next time you don’t know what to post.

100,000 views looks great. But who were those people?

A client once showed me a video that reached 100,000 views. Everyone was excited.

I asked one question: “Who watched?”

Nobody knew.

That’s the part business owners need to pay attention to.

A video can reach thousands of people who have no interest in what you sell. It can also reach a smaller group of people who need exactly what you offer.

I’d take 5,000 potential customers over 500,000 random viewers.

When a post takes off, look a little closer:

• Did it reach people who could become customers?
• Did anyone visit your profile to learn more?
• Did anyone ask a question or reach out?

Not everyone will buy right away. But these actions help you see whether your content is creating interest in your business.

Enjoy the views. Then look at what happened after them.

Save this for the next time one of your videos takes off.

Before spending more on your law firm’s ads, find out which messages people actually respond to.

That’s why the first month of working with me starts with understanding your ideal client, shaping your message, and testing content.

Here’s what that looks like for your personal injury firm 👇

- Get clear on the cases you want.
Create content around those potential clients’ questions and concerns.

- Show what makes your firm different.
Share your attorneys’ experience, perspective, and approach.

- Post consistently and test.
Try different topics and hooks instead of guessing what people want.

- Look beyond views.
Review watch time, saves, shares, profile visits, follows, and relevant inquiries. Each tells us something different.

- Build on the strongest messages.
Create more content around the topics that connect with the people you want to reach.

- Test those messages as ads.
Put a measured budget behind promising content and track whether it brings qualified inquiries.

A post doing well organically gives us a starting point. It doesn’t guarantee the ad will bring signed cases.

The goal is to learn what connects, improve it, and give potential clients a clear path to a consultation.
