🙌FRIENDS AND FAMILY - I'M BACK!👇ENG/CAT👇⠀Friends, sit tight, this is important for people who care about my passion / work.⠀A few months ago, I sent my resume as a skateboard art shaper to the European custom boards show 2021, an event that will take place in France from September-December in an art gallery where only 40 artists can exhibit their skate-based art.⠀After a few months of intrigue waiting to see if I had been accepted or not, I received confirmation that I was one of the chosen ones out of over than 150. ⠀My happiness was extreme, but at the same time I had a feeling of anguish / fear. I had free range to create anything that involved a skateboard.⠀I wanted to evolve, to do something totally different, something that could put all my effort and soul into and be able to deliver it proudly. ⠀I love skateboarding and it is my passion but after 6 years doing similar things, I wanted to make a change, I wanted to prove to myself that I can go further.⠀It was many days of thinking and looking for different concepts, from creating a wave with skateboards, to magnetic walls where you can stick the boards and create different drawings ... the truth is that none of them attracted me ...⠀After many toughts, this came out, it's not a random thing, lamps are also something I really enjoy doing.⠀Let me present you: LLUM ESKATADA.⠀It has been over a month and a half of hectic work, I did not rest even for a day, saturdays and Sundays did not exist, I got to the point where I no longer knew what day of the week it was. ⠀All this with the heat wave, where even my workshop reached 37-38 degrees, it was hard to work, but every day, seeing the progress, gave me more strength to move on.⠀I think it’s definitely the best project I’ve ever done and I hope for more to come.⠀That said, if you have read this far, I would wholeheartedly thank you for a little help, putting a comment, like, etc .. to be able to share this project to more people.⠀⠀Thank you so much⠀Esteve Aymà⠀-------------------------------⠀CAT en els comentaris! by @aymaboards

@cat_wwr i taules de surf de fusta.Projectes de @edt_disseny_fusteria que passen de l’escola al taller. La sort que estudis i passió es barregin fins al punt de ja no saber ben bé què estàs fent.Aquest projecte és un dels molts que tinc entre mans i espero poder-lo ensenyar tots ells durant aquest temps. by @aymaboards

NEW SHORT FILM NOW ONLINE On an old farm, far from factories and fast production, Esteve (@aymaboards) shapes his own skateboards by hand. COMING SOON. A first glimpse into the story of Esteve, the man behind @aymaboards . In the quiet of a farm garage, far from the noise of the city, he hand-shapes skateboards one by one, turning wood into something alive, into freedom you can ride.
