I enjoy what I do so much, even if I don’t talk about it much 🤣😅

When people try to know me or ask what I do, I try to summarise, but omo, there’s so much to say! I’m grateful to God for the grace. 😊

So, this is a brief introduction: I’m Ayobami, a Lead People & Business Process Consultant at a consulting firm, passionate about people and organisational transformation.

I’m building Tama’s Solutions, offering recruitment services to SMEs and CV and LinkedIn optimisation to individuals.

Tama’s Natural Drinks is undergoing restructuring, while Tama’s Custom Errands is a new business I’m launching to provide on-ground support for busy lives. There might be 1/2 i don’t think i want to share yet😊. Let’s take it one step at a time😊

I’m also a minstrel, serving in my local church under the leadership of RCCG. I am such a proud daughter devoted to this ministry and covering.

Beyond business and ministry, I love God, people, family and meaningful relationships. ❤️

Sometimes, obedience will cost you comfort.

There will be moments when you know what you have been asked to do, but you do not understand why. The instruction may not come with a full explanation. The next step may feel uncomfortable, uncertain, or even inconvenient.

But obedience is not always about having every answer before you move. Sometimes, it is about trusting enough to take the first step.

The right path will not always be the easiest path. Sometimes, growth begins where convenience ends.

So if you have prayed for direction and you believe you have received it, do not let the discomfort of the journey make you question the instruction.

Take the step.

Clarity often comes while you walk.

And sometimes, what you are waiting to understand will only make sense after you have obeyed.

If this speaks to where you are right now, save it for later and share it with someone who needs the reminder. 🤍

If only God shows us the full picture of how our future is ehn… the gra gra on the street will reduce. But so that we know why works is an important factor of praying, you have to work! If he shows us full, you will either be too overjoyed/proud on the streets or fearful.

And so, you don’t misbehave, he takes you on that journey of waiting till he brings you to that expected end, that future he has for you and i.

God is indeed a good God🙏 All good and perfect gifts comes from him! Such a good Father❤️💕

If everything comes too easy, everyone will have their arms folded!

The significance and the essence of waiting will have no meaning in the long run, hmmmmm

As you pray and seek God, we apply works. This is the journey of Faith and Trust in the father.

He is not a scam not to bless our works!!!
