I have always been a proud girl dad. However, is today a little extra reason to be one? 😂❤️

But seriously, every girl deserves the chance to dream big, go to school, feel safe, and become whoever she wants to be.

Let’s end child marriage and invest in girls’ rights. No little girl should have to trade her childhood for a future she deserves to choose. 💛

Career Week at my children’s school was such a beautiful experience!

I had a great time engaging the kids, answering their questions, and listening to their BIG dreams.

But beyond the fun, it reminded me of the incredible work teachers do every day.

So today, I celebrate every teacher investing in the talents the world will one day celebrate.

A boy walks into a room and wonders,
“Who noticed me?”

A man walks into that same room and asks,
“How will i be remembered when I step out?”

The boy wants the room to clap for him.
He speaks louder. Shows off more. Demands to be seen.

The man understands something different:

Attention can be demanded. However, respect must be earned.

A boy wants to be the centre of the conversation, but a man becomes the reason the conversation matters.

Growing up isn't just about getting taller, older, or stronger.

A boy wants his name announced, but a man builds a name that can't go unannounced.

And somewhere between the two, lies the journey to becoming a #YoungWiseMan.
