Hey guys,

So. during the lockdown in 2020, when the world felt heavy and uncertain, I turned to the one thing that has always saved me—storytelling. It was a crazy moment and I wondered what was in store for the world at the other side. Out of that silence and fear came the first draft of what would later become BLOOD WARS.

At first, I wasn’t even sure if anyone would care about this story. I had been mauling over the story for years with various notes scattered here and there and felt it was time, even though I wasn’t sure. That’s why I tried it out as a comic book on Kickstarter—and to my surprise, so many of you supported it, read it, and asked for more. That gave me the courage to turn it into a full novel with almost three hundred words.

BLOOD WARS follows Jubah, a warrior born half-god and half-man, who is hated by both worlds. In a land tearing itself apart with war, prophecy, and betrayal, he searches for belonging while being pushed toward a destiny greater than himself. At its heart, it’s a story about identity, sacrifice, and love in a world on fire.

Now, years later, seeing this as hard copy novel really feels surreal. It’s more than a story for me—it’s a piece of my heart that survived a hard time. And a lesson that we can tell stories even in the hardest times or places.
