🏆🏆 REGIONAL CHAMPIONS! 🏆🏆

What a weekend in Decatur, Alabama! Both of the boys brought home the 🥇 and won their respective 3v3 Live Southern Regional Championship divisions, earning the Golden Ticket to Nationals!

🔥 Jason (Rockets) (2018–2019) continue to make noise, currently ranked #6 in the Nation.

🔥 Jameson (JAG) (2019–2020) are sitting at an incredible #4 in the Nation.

Couldn’t be prouder of all of the boys for the way they competed, battled, and represented their teams this weekend. They left it all on the field, brought home the gold, and punched their ticket to the biggest stage.

➡️ Next stop: 3v3 Nationals in Panama City Beach, Florida later this fall! Time to keep working and chasing greatness. 😤🙌🏾⚽

Happy International Women’s Day 🌍✨

Being a psychiatrist, healthcare leader, wife, and mother constantly reminds me how powerful the influence of women is across every part of our world.

Women are leading in medicine, science, education, business, policy, and inside our homes and communities. Every day we are shaping systems, expanding opportunities, and opening doors for the girls who will follow us.

This year I also made a personal commitment with my family: to see more of the world together.
More international travel. More cultures. More conversations with people whose lives look different from ours.

Trips we’ve made to different countries, remind me how much wisdom, creativity, resilience, and leadership women bring to communities everywhere.

I want my children to grow up with that global perspective. To be curious about the world. To respect different cultures. And to recognize that even across languages and borders, people share the same hopes for family, opportunity, and purpose.

When we stay open to learning from each other across cultures, we don’t just grow individually. We help build a more connected and compassionate world.

Today I’m celebrating the women who lead boldly, the women who nurture quietly, the women who innovate, and the women who are raising the next generation to dream bigger.

And I’m especially excited for the young girls watching, learning, and preparing to lead in ways we can only begin to imagine.

Here’s to strong women everywhere.
May we know them. May we support them. And may we continue becoming them. ✨
