Sunday can’t come soon enough! We’ve been busy preparing for our Día de los Muertos celebrations, and we can’t wait to share them with you! Stop by for a sneak peek at what’s in store this weekend. 💛 by @aytantisimo

Dia de los muertos is next Sunday! We’ve teamed up with @spboardinghouse and @socorrotequila to bring you face painting during brunch and live music at dinner! We’ll be joined by @facetofacecreationsnashville and @sanrafaelband for the second year in a row. Our community altar opens Tuesday. Visit us anytime during business hours to participate. Pan de muerto link in our bio! Be sure to pre-order if you want to lock in yours. We will be sharing more about these traditions in our newsletter this week. Visit Tantisimo.com if you’d like to subscribe! by @aytantisimo

We are incredibly honored to be cooking for @beardfoundation this November! James Beard represents so much of what is meaningful to us. They value independent restaurants that target excellence, sustainability, and community impact. Over half of the proceeds from each ticket sold go directly to participating chefs, and the remainder supports JBF’s national programming. We’re making a very special bite featuring our mole blanco. Join us for a taste! Tickets here: http://jamesbeard.org/tasteamerica #goodfoodforgood by @aytantisimo

💀🍞 Pan de muerto pre-orders are now live at the link in our bio! Pick ups on 10/31 and 11/1 only. Chef Ana will be on maternity leave this year, so extra emphasis on limited quantities and the importance of ordering early. Making this bread has become one of our most important traditions. Thank you for celebrating with us year after year. 🫶

Our community altar will return this year and will be available all week leading up to day of the dead. You can participate by bringing a representative item, photo, drawing etc. We will also have greeting cards for any who dine that week and want to participate at the last minute. Visit anytime during business hours from 10/27-11/1.

We are partnering with @spboardinghouse this year to bring back @facetofacecreationsnashville! They will be with us, first come first served, from 10am-noon on 11/1. Save the date, and make a reservation. More festivities TBA! by @aytantisimo

Have you brunched with us lately? Join us this weekend for our new sweet potato waffles! Served with our spiced piloncillo syrup and sweet potato whip. by @aytantisimo

Pan de *bueno* 👀 did you know that a dollar from each sale of our Colombian cheesy bread goes to a nonprofit? This past quarter we chose @hica.alabama! We loved cooking for this year’s benefit alongside @julio_lccd, and when we learned more about them we knew they’d be the non-profit of the quarter. ¡HICA! refers to themselves as a one-stop shop for community members navigating systems that weren’t built for them. Their work helps Hispanic and immigrant families with everything from education and career pathways, to community economic development. During Hispanic Heritage Month, we wanted to highlight one of the small ways that our restaurant gives back. by @aytantisimo

It’s happy hour until 6pm! You need a piña colada, some tacos, and maybe un poquito 🍮. ¡Nos vemos! [📸: @stephe.elston] by @aytantisimo
