*Big news*

We signed the lease on this building in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. It was a crazy time to take on a new venture but it just felt right. Honestly, this place has always felt like home.

We thought about opening a second location (and that’s still a part of the plan) but if we love Devine so much, why not just grow here?

So, that’s what we’re doing!

We’re so excited to announce that soon, we will be starting construction to add onto the back of our building.

This expansion will include a kitchen and more seating. We have other fun things in the works and can’t share everything just yet, but will have more updates soon. (Hints: 🥯 ⛹️‍♀️ 📺 🍷)

Thank you for supporting us these past 4.5 years! It’s because of this amazing community that we are able to grow. 🫶 taken in Columbia, South Carolina by @azaleacoffeebar

Heyyy, guess what? We won the Best Coffee category in the @freetimessc Best of Columbia. It might seem like a silly little contest to some, but we’ve worked really hard to build this community, and so it means a lot that y’all would vote for us! Our family and our team are so grateful. 🩷

The shop is coming together so nicely and honestly, it looks like a completely different place (in the best way). @swatchgraphics wrapped our van in the azalea design from @irisandmariepress and now we’ve added it as a focal point in our cafe. It looks so good, and we can’t thank both of these women-owned businesses enough! 🌸 taken in Columbia, South Carolina by @azaleacoffeebar

We’re having our first market of the year and we’re so excited! We didn’t want to be accused of using AI again, so we recruited a 5 year old designer (our daughter, MJ).

Here are the details:
•Oct. 29th 5-8pm
•We’re pouring Practical Magic themed drinks✨
•We’ve teamed up with some amazing vendors:
@enchantedmoonbeamcandles
@beebottomart
@bronzebakeshop
@hammered_daisy
@sugar_rave
@thirstyquillbookshop
@thespottedllamasc
@xoxojlocrochet

Please come out and support, and bring your friends. Our new seating area should be open by then! 🎃 taken in Columbia, South Carolina by @azaleacoffeebar

Although we haven’t opened our new seating area yet or our kitchen, the vibes this morning are 10/10. Furniture is going to move, art will go up, and big changes are still coming but seeing a shop full of people never gets old. taken in Columbia, South Carolina by @azaleacoffeebar

This first picture was taken in 2020 in a conference room at an office job that I was about to quit to pursue Azalea full-time. My co-workers and I were coming up with my plan… I’m sure we were on our break. 😉

I came across this picture this week and I had forgotten about it. It was a reminder of how far I’ve come, how far we’ve come.

The second picture is an image of our updated menu board. My little coffee shop dream from 2020 grew so much that I needed to expand our physical space, and replace the menu in the process. That is wild.

We’ll post more updates soon, but I really just want to thank you all for supporting us. Especially during this weird construction zone we’ve been living in for months. 🩷 Brittany by @azaleacoffeebar

Fall flavors are officially taking over Devine Street. 🍂☕️

@azaleacoffeebar is embracing the season with a full Gilmore Girls-inspired menu, including Lorelai’s Diner and the Autumn Festival, while @piecewisecoffee is bringing something a little unexpected with their Japanese Sweet Potato Latte.

And since it happens to be National Coffee Day, there’s really no better time to start working your way through the fall lineup.

Which one are you trying first? 👇 taken in Devine Street Columbia by @azaleacoffeebar
