Eid Mubarak ❤️ Keep smiling, keep shining ✨ by @azeez_mohideen

I have commitments, pressures, and responsibilities…

But don’t worry I also have WiFi, chai, and CEO-level overconfidence. 😌

As a businessman, life keeps assigning me responsibilities like I clicked “Accept All” without reading the terms and conditions. Clients, cash flow, deadlines, team, targets and more. It’s like a premium subscription I can’t cancel.

Every day there’s pressure… but luckily, I’m built like a pressure cooker, I whistle a little, release the steam, make a few calls, close a deal, and continue cooking.

Yes, I have commitments.
Yes, I have stress.
Yes, I have responsibilities.

But I also have dreams bigger than my balance sheet, faith stronger than my fear, and a “5-minute break” that somehow turns into a full business strategy session (or 45 minutes of chai). 😅

That’s business life — pressure outside, ambition inside, and always moving forward.

Back to where it all began.

Honoured to be invited as a Guest Speaker at PSG PTC a place that shaped my journey.

Walking through those corridors again brought back memories, lessons, and a deep sense of gratitude.

Sharing my real-life experiences with students and faculty reminded me how far the journey has come and how powerful it is to inspire the next generation.

From being a student here to standing on stage today… truly a full-circle moment.

Grateful for the opportunity, the warmth, and the memories created once again. ✨

Signing deals. Sealing opportunities. Building the future.

Some days should not be forgotten. They should be given meaning.

Thirty-five years ago, my family lost my paternal uncle (Thaaibaa/Periappa), Abdul Azeez. He passed away four years before I was born. I never met him. Everything I know about him comes from my father, relatives, his old business cards, and a few friends who still remember him.

During his time, he started a paint manufacturing business called Suraj Paints. He was likely the first entrepreneur in our family. After his passing, the business was closed. Today, I better understand the courage and responsibility it takes to be the first.

Alhamdulillah, I am the first-generation degree holder in my family. Business-wise, I may not be the first entrepreneur. But as I build my own path in a different field, I can now relate to the pressure, stress, and responsibility he must have carried.

By the will of Allah ﷻ, I carry his name Azeez Mohideen and with it, a responsibility to act with patience, discipline, and integrity.

I am building steadily through @ikaslegroup focusing on learning, consistency, and long-term growth, while placing my trust in Allah’s timing.

I may not know how long the journey will take, but I believe every struggle has purpose.

All success belongs to Allah ﷻ alone.

Yet today, I allow myself a small moment of self-belief not out of pride, but as fuel to keep moving forward.

By the will of Allah ﷻ, I will strive to live a life that brings honour to his name.
