Man of Steel 2025 – Aquathlon SeniorAge Group: 14/28 , Overall M: 60/1171.5km Swim – Chaotic start! Bersesak kaki tangan, setiap turn berhimpit, beberapa kali kena tendangan breastroker 😅. Pagi ada hujan, air tasik sejuk hampir cramp kaki aku. Air agak beralun sebab angin dan macam biasa tasik Putrajaya ni berat! 113 Aquathlon @ Asia Triathlon Cup 2025. Sprint Age Group, Rank 7/18 🤩 A Great Debut!SWIM - I overcome my fear! 💪🏻 Air tasik fuhh berat & tak nampak apa dlm air scary😬 dlm hati ‘tlg la biawak jgn lintas time2 ni’😆. Kat corner ada kena tendang but I keep focus. Gradually pushed towards the final turn & finished. 750m avg 2’43T1 - Out from water, pening lalat sikit lari 🤣 Wear my running belt & shade, sarung kasut tanpa socks trus lari 🏃🏻RUN - This is my core! But running after swimming was something else 😅 Tired & Heavy legs + panas weh matahari terpacak. Aquathlon Standard @ Asia Triathlon Cup 2026.1.5km swim felt longer in this lake but everthing went smoothly. The 10km run was brutal, panas gila lari pukul 11+, even took a fall and scraped 3 fingers. Still, seeing familiar faces & supporting each other kept me moving. 30km LSD, no target, no pressure.
