✨I am eternal grateful to have reached one of my biggest life goals. This is more than just an number or accomplishment, it is a reflection on the incredible journey life has gifted me with. Not every moment has been easy, which makes this even more meaningful for me.

💗Traveling is a privilege. Life is a privilege; we never know what tomorrow holds. I cherish all the things I’ve seen and done thus far, while remaining hopeful for more in my future.

💚 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒚 𝒆𝒈𝒈𝒔 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒉 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒎𝒚 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 & 𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉. The realization of my biological clock hit me real hard the closer I got to 30. Calculating the timeline of having kids caused me so much anxiety and I knew I needed to do something about it.

💚 𝑰 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒂 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒏𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒔; I am a modern woman who wants to grow in my career, travel, adventure & I want to do all of these things now and in the future

💚 𝑰’𝒎 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒚 𝒆𝒈𝒈 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 I felt in the dark and hope others won’t have to. Being a woman is such a gift but also not easy. Fertility is deeply personal, but I wish we could talk and support one another. I’ve learned so much (& have more to learn). Sometimes we have to do hard things now to have happier and healthier futures.

2025: I lost a lot, but I gained so much peace. Thank you for breaking my attachment to people, places, and things that I had outgrown. ✨ 𝑺𝒐𝒍𝒐 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒔𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈: 𝑹𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓, 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 *𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇* 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 ✨ We’re quick to name the people and things we’re grateful for…but we rarely start with 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒅 𝒖𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒍𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒚: 𝑶𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒔.

🤎 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒂 𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒎𝒆, in different ways than in the past: full of change, solitude, and realigning. But I’m deeply grateful for how I put myself first, 𝘶𝘯𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺. I made choices rooted in my 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘴, which meant that no matter which direction I took, it was the 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 one for me, even if it felt hard or uncomfortable in the moment. Not just in the big crossroads, but in the tiny, everyday 𝘮𝘪𝘤𝘳𝘰 decisions that shape my life quietly.

I realized we only get one life, and if I don’t choose myself, I will end up living a life built for others instead of one that feels like mine!

💚 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝑰’𝒎 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰…
• showed up for myself daily, treating myself as my very own #1 best friend
• said “no” more often, especially when I didn’t have capacity or energy
• navigated a lot of difficult conversations
• let go of people, places, and things that didn’t align with my values
• listened to my body when it hurt or needed care
• gave myself grace over a hundred times during a lot of turbulence this year
• and so much more

🧡 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒚𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇; not self-care (external), not even self-love (internal, but sometimes conditional)…but 𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏: the kind that’s steady, unconditional, and lifelong. I’ve had it but this year I truly 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘥 on it. I love being the ‘love of my life’, because if you can’t love yourself, how can you love your life, ya know?

And for that, I’m choosing to celebrate myself this Thanksgiving 🤍

I’m so grateful to have checked off some big bucket list items in Australia! I highly recommend it for solo travel— it’s safe, easy to navigate, and the people are friendly!
