Crafting digital safe spaces that make psychological first aid instantly accessible. Mentcare’s real challenge wasn’t just about monitoring stress, but providing immediate relief. Making clinical assessments and AI-driven emotion tracking feel calming and approachable without losing medical credibility. We structured a flat, intuitive information architecture and consistent visual identity across the mobile application. Building on the "Mindful Relief" concept, we created an empathetic UI/UX and design system ready for execution. We delivered an app that democratizes emotional well-being, educates its users, and positions Mentcare as a reliable anchor for those struggling in silence. A heartfelt thank you and massive appreciation to the incredible team who brought this health lecturer's thesis project to life. This journey wouldn't have run so smoothly without @oryzayudhistira brilliantly bridging the gap as our client liaison and consultant program, @haizuafi translating empathy into seamless interfaces as our UI/UX Designer and Programmer, and myself, Ahmad Mazidul Fatin, guiding the vision as the Project Manager and Visual Director. So incredibly proud of the impactful work we've built together! #mentcare #uiux #mentalhealthapp #productdesign #designsystem mentalhealthawareness by @aztaraxia
RENJANA RUN (Brand Concept) A photographic concept capturing the relentless drive and creative culture of community running. This visual direction was designed to feel bold and in the moment. By highlighting unfiltered action, striking angles, and the genuine exhaustion of the sport, the photography brings the agility of the brand to life. It’s less about the logo, and more about the atmosphere, the momentum, and showing up together. Last April, we were incredibly honored to be involved in celebrating a legendary milestone: Toko OEN's 90th Anniversary. Collabox Creative Hub was appointed as the conceptor and organizer to bring this historic celebration to life. During an intensive two-month preparation period, our team worked on executing the visual direction across multiple media. I stepped in as the Graphic Designer, implementing the brand identity into Instagram posts, posters, vertical banners, rundown sheets, merchandise lists, and welcome banners. The celebration unfolded across two special dates, with the main anniversary on April 16 and a grand peak event on May 4, honoring the enduring legacy of this iconic establishment. To support the historic grandeur of Toko OEN, we brought a concept that highlighted a luxurious dinner experience accompanied by the magnificent melodies of the Semarang Orchestra. Guided by our Director’s core logo and visual guidelines, every design element was meticulously crafted to reflect the timeless elegance and heritage of the event. When shaping the visual narrative for Collabox Creative Hub, the goal wasn’t simply to produce designs, it was to cultivate a dynamic environment capable of fostering the local creative community. As a Graphic Designer during my time there, I was entrusted to help lead the brand's visual continuity and elevate its presence across every touchpoint. Our challenge was to maintain a brand that not only represents aesthetics and functionality but also reflects collaboration, creativity, and connection. Rather than just executing isolated tasks, we focused on meticulous Brand Guardianship, ensuring every piece of digital and physical collateral resonated with Collabox’s core mission. Grounded in a commitment to consistency, the visual strategy was applied to act as a catalyst for community engagement. From crafting daily campaigns alongside the MarCom team to executing end-to-end visual campaigns for major events like Pindrikan Markt, every element was developed to carry the spirit of an inclusive creative hub. We maintained a living visual system, one that is expressive and fluid across digital grids, printed assets, and environmental signage. This approach was further enriched by capturing the essence of the space through commercial photography and enforcing rigorous asset management to build a sustainable design archive. More than just a series of projects, this visual journey stands as a testament to what a dedicated team can achieve. It advances the hub’s mission one post, one event, and one connection at a time. None of this would have been possible without the incredible synergy and warmth of the Collabox family. My deepest gratitude goes to Ibu Lina (Founder & Direktur) | Gemma (General Manager & Shareholder) for their visionary leadership, guidance, and boundless trust. A heartfelt thank you to the brilliant core team who made every collaboration seamless: Ellen (Finance & Operations Administrator) | Prasetyo (Operations Supervisor) | Syafira (Events Supervisor) | Rangga (Marketing and Communications Coordinator) | Hazel (Community & Partnerships Coordinator) | Pak Kris (Housekeeping & Security) for always keeping our space safe and welcoming. Mid-October 2025 was a very important moment for my design perspective. I took the time to visit Bandung for six days, staying at my good friend's place, @yafitsanrfq who was busy doing an internship at an architecture studio. Our late-night chats about the work rhythm and creative process in the city felt like a warm-up before the main event on October 18, when I walked around the @bandungdesignbiennale (BDB) 2025 area at Laswi Heritage. When I entered the exhibition area with the theme "Archiving Innovation", I instantly felt a huge difference in the atmosphere. The design ecosystem in Bandung feels so advanced, fluid, and alive compared to the creative scene in my hometown, Semarang. My eyes were really spoiled by the graphic design works that were not only functional, but also looked so expressive, brave, and grand. From the interactive light installation BDG Lights, the archive exhibition that explains the creative process, to the Design Mart, everything showed a wide design spectrum and became an amazing cross-discipline collaboration. The experience of exploring BDB 2025 that day was not just a visual recreation, but a massive learning space about the design development in Indonesia. Bandung really proved its capacity as a UNESCO City of Design through a very supportive ecosystem. Bringing home the energy from the event, I feel a strong push inside me to explore bolder and deeper designs for my future works. by @aztaraxia
Visual Identity, Logo Rebranding, Layout & Brand Collaterals for Kalimasada Ekatama. Founded in 2019, Kalimasada Ekatama is a Semarang-based General Supplier focusing on health & safety. The logo comes from a combination of the initials of its 2 names: K & E. Apart from that, the shape itself is also a medical cross which means care. Kalimasada Ekatama also always prioritizes the health & safety of each client. By providing quality equipment, we're trying to find the best solution through good products & professional service. We hope that all the results of our services can make the operational environment of clients safer. by @aztaraxia
It was an honor and a great pleasure to be trusted with the visual direction for our short movie, "Ketiban Awu Anget". This was a very special project, beautifully crafted as an assignment for the Javanese Literature department. This has been a really fun experience and one that I’ll never forget. I truly feel creatively recharged after capturing the superb performances from the actors and collaborating closely with such a dedicated crew. Hope we can meet on another set someday and perhaps collaborate on more films! Many thanks to our Director Eka Fatmawati, Project Manager Roa'aida Nuraini, and the whole production team for the wonderful teamwork and energy. And of course, a huge appreciation to everyone who supported me as the Cameraman and Editor. Also, shout out to the amazing cast members who brought this profound Javanese drama to life on screen! The brand identity of Elegancy Studio, a premium beauty studio in Semarang, Indonesia. The core philosophy revolves around the tagline "Elegancy is Yours", emphasizing that true elegance belongs to everyone. We developed the brand identity to make a strong statement that Elegancy Studio is a trusted destination for professional eyelash and nail art services that elevate natural charm and inner confidence. The visual identity idea of this concept is inspired by the delicate curve of an eyelash, symbolizing feminine beauty and softness. The logo mark dynamically intertwines to form the pictograph of the letters 'E' and 'S'. The logotype is designed using a bold yet elegant serif font, bringing a visual direction that has a modern, timeless, and feminine impression perfectly matching the premium yet approachable vibe of the studio. by @aztaraxia
DOKTERHAMA is stepping forward as a professional and reliable partner in creating a healthy, safe, and pest-free environment. Recently, I helped them communicate this commitment by designing their new Company Profile, highlighting their core value as an 'Integrated Pest Control Solution'. I incorporated a 'Mature & Modern' design approach, emphasizing cleanliness, safety, and trustworthiness through the cover design, structured content layouts, custom service infographics, and overall visual presentation.
