Are you not using an area of your property cause its not flat?

Client needed some additional usable space, a bunch of dump trucks full of dirt later we got a nice flat space. by @aztractorman

Finished up this project today, its fun when you are literally carving and shaping the dirt to make real life what the plans look like in paper, sharp lines. Also as the dirt guy we are usually the first trade on the site, we set the tone for the next trade, we consolidated and moved dirt piles so the next crew has clear access and not having to tote materials over dirt piles, we also set the tone for how we leave a work site, driveway cleaned off and rinsed cause at the end of the day what is our work site for the day is our customers home. by @aztractorman

The @jcbmachines really shines when you are digging up against something that isn't for demo and trying to preserve it in place. In tight quarters and in spaces traditional backhoe or excavators cant get.into the 1CXT takes the spotlight. Footers are almost done and almost ready for the site to be taken over by the next trade (masonry). by @aztractorman

Monday is demo day! Not your standard ripping everything out demo, this was more surgical, only removing what we to and leaving the rest intact. by @aztractorman

With this driveway there is much more than the eye can see, 12 inch culvert to manage storm water and mitigate any chances of flood irrigation overflow, installed a channel drain to keep excessive storm water from the road running down the driveway uncontrolled, graded the subgrade from the old bumpy and pitched the wrong direction to now the subgrade having a thought out plan of where water will run off to. Landscape cloth and geo cells to prevent rock from pushing down and out or washing down. Topped with 4" of gravel. This client wanted a driveway that would have longevity and that all starts with controlling water paths, solid subgrade prep and choosing systems to retain the rock in place. by @aztractorman

We have been busy with lots of different projects lately. This one was fun installing an ADA compliant channel drain to mitigate storm water intrusion. Shortly after install got our first rain and client reported no water intrusion! by @aztractorman
