You never know what you might find in old boxes stashed away, some forgotten- maybe worn a couple of times. Anyway, these earrings have a little history as most items do… all costume jewelry, the “Satyricon “ earrings ( named back in the day by me- having been inspired by Capucine in Fellini’s film, back in the 70s) I must have picked them up in Kensington Market- hardly wore them- too too too whatever- or too shy. Second plastic turquoise “ chandelier “ earrings (from Top Shop on Regents Str.?) never worn- but coveted and with price tag still on -£25! Both fabulous for styling and enhancing the perfectly long goose neck! Sigh….

… a promising bumble bee (right) with Renée ( I still remember her name) as a snow flake in Madame Russell’s little ballet performance for parents. Saturday morning classes at Lancaster Gate. I was also a snow queen- but I think that was the following year. Upgraded 😂
My first performance too; and yellow crepe Xmas paper completed the “stripes” issue. Frugal days👌

Marina Yaru in Federico Fellini’s “Toby Dammit” (1968) as death. The little girl with the white ball.
I don’t think it was one of his best- Fellini and Poe weren’t the best combination- a Terence Stamp pale, glum and suicidal.
