Ohhhhh our talented, fierce, shows up no matter what is going on, Byanka. This girl is talented!!! She’s meticulous with her work… the word “perfectionist” doesn’t even do her justice. Her work ethic is crazy, so much so we have to force her to go home sometimes (yes, we have caught her pulling all nighters!). Byanka is killer! She has a heart of gold, loyal AF, is a magician with fantasy color, blends hair extensions like you grew the hair yourself, her lashes and brows are WOW 🤩 and well basically we love her! She’s been with us since day one and will ride with us til the hinges of #theneondoor fall off!

** disclaimer: the only thing she sucks at is posting so we will go ham on this carousel.

She an old school soul so duh her fave song is: Outstanding- The Gap Band

Join me to celebrate 20 years in the industry.
I can truly say passion & creativity lives within... To think that my hands have given so much TLC for two decades non-stop is incredible to me. These hands taught me that magic can sometimes happen overnight or (till the crack of dawn😅) iykyk lol. However, the challenges made me the haircolorist & artist I am today, plus I love this sh!t...

I appreciate every single client who has sat in my chair and to the ones who have been with me since the beginning, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
It has been a journey, rocky at times, but a beautiful one to witness. I'm very proud of myself. It feels great to be able to say that...

If you're free, come thru!! I'd love to see you outside the chair. Bring your dancing shoes!! Huge shout out to @humblelianess she will be there with all the best music. Dope dj, if you ask me!

Thank you to all who have been supportive in this time. Your kind words mean everything. As hard as this feels, per our last conversation, Alison would be pissed if I didn't celebrate myself. I will honor her determination in not allowing me to do 'nothing', lol💜 I miss her... for this and many other reasons are why I will forever love my work family deeply

Thank you @sophiapokes__ for the flyers and the second brain😂💕 by @b.inspired_tnd

Maybe it’s the hair
Maybe it’s her Big ass Heart
Maybe it’s the way she looks at life
Maybe it’s a mid life crisis

Either way, everything begins with gratitude💛

What started off as a “come spend the day with me collecting birthday goodies” vlog, quickly turned into a 45min car podcast, the word “RIGHT” a billion times and a week of editing because I’m terrible at it, and it wouldn’t fit, so I’m leaving what did,,,, here😂

I appreciate the people in my life. I’m forever grateful by @b.inspired_tnd

We went from baby shark to, “Tia B, can you make my hair blue?”
Where does time go? He's a big kid now💙
