My second hearts on fire academy and I had a blast. There truly is nothing like a hearts on fire Diamond. But my favorite part is getting to meet new friends! From Ohio, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean! I met some pretty wonderful people this time around. Each year goes by faster and faster. 6th grade for my first baby and 4th grade for my second baby this year. Grateful for these two crazies. But please time, please slow down. This group of people are some of the best. I’m so glad that my kids and my husband are a part of it. These are the people that show up, time and time again. Never quit and grow not just in Bjj but into amazing human beings. For themselves, their community and each other. Best pack I know. It’s not just about title here. It’s about becoming who you are, sharing your knowledge and helping each other be your best as a human every step of the way. @heavymettlejj my family is better because is this mat, this community and the open door you give them and everyone. No matter age or status. Thank you for making this place such a great place. I know we will keep showing up. It matters.
