📌Dripper & Paper : Hario V60 & Origami Paper Filter

1. Pour 50 mL of water in a circular motion and let it bloom for 40 seconds.

2. At 00.40, pour up to 120 mL of target volume in circular motion.

3. At 01.20, pour up to 160 mL of target volume in circular motion.

4. Pour the remaining water until the total volume reaches 200 mL.

REGION - Alo Village, Bensa, Sidama

ALTITUDE - 2,410 masl

PROCESSING - Hand-picked exclusively at bright red ripeness. Floated to remove defects. De-pulped as quickly as possible, intentionally leaving on a small amount of mucilage. Dried on shaded beds with mucilage intact for three days until moisture content reaches ~10%.

17 clicks on comandante c40, 15g : 300g, origami paper filter.
