Rock On!! is a 2008 Hindi musical drama directed by Abhishek Kapoor, starring Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli and Luke Kenny.

The film follows four friends who once formed a rock band called Magik. In their younger days, music was everything to them. As they begin performing again, they realise that success isn't just about fame or money. Sometimes, it's about finding the part of yourself that you sacrificed while trying to fit into the world.

Unlike Dev, Chanda gradually becomes more independent and self-aware. She builds a new life for herself and eventually chooses to move forward rather than remain trapped by her past.

Chanda’s story is essentially about: shame → rejection → independence → self-acceptance → moving on.

where is dan?

October, directed by Shoojit Sircar and starring Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu, is a quiet, emotional drama about love, attachment, loss, and growing up.

Dan is a carefree and somewhat irresponsible hotel-management intern in Delhi. He isn't particularly close to Shiuli, a disciplined and serious fellow intern. Their lives change when Shiuli has a serious accident at the hotel and falls into a coma.

Dan becomes deeply affected after learning that Shiuli's last words before the accident were “Where is Dan?” He begins visiting her in the hospital every day. What starts as concern gradually becomes an intense emotional attachment. He puts his internship, friendships, money, and future aside to stay near her and support her family.

Eventually, Shiuli slowly begins recovering and is able to return home. Dan continues caring for her, hoping to understand why she remembered him before the accident. Their connection remains mostly unspoken—it's less about a conventional romance and more about a strange, unconditional form of love.

Just when Shiuli seems to be getting better, her condition suddenly worsens and she dies. Dan is devastated, but the experience changes him permanently.

Months later, Dan has rebuilt his career and becomes more mature. Shiuli's mother tells him about Shiuli flowers, which bloom at night and fall by morning. Dan realizes how brief Shiuli's life was. At the end, he takes care of the Shiuli plant after her family leaves, keeping it as a quiet symbol of her memory.

Basically: October isn't really a typical love story. It's about loving someone without expecting anything back, the randomness of life, and how one person can completely change another person's life even in a short time.

He later adopts the stage name Jordan and starts performing music. His anger, loneliness and emotional struggles begin coming through in his songs.

Jordan becomes increasingly successful. His performances become intense and emotional, and he develops a reputation as a rebellious, unpredictable artist.

Meanwhile, he reconnects with Heer in Prague. Their relationship becomes much deeper, and they fall in love. However, circumstances keep pulling them apart.

Jordan's music career continues to grow, but his personal life becomes increasingly unstable. Fame gives him everything he once wanted, but it doesn't give him peace.

He becomes more isolated and aggressive, while his relationship with Heer remains the emotional center of his life.

Eventually, Heer becomes seriously ill. Jordan is devastated when he realizes that the person who gave his life meaning may not be with him forever.

Despite his fame and success, Jordan is unable to save their relationship from the circumstances surrounding them.

They meet Boris (Saif Ali Khan), a mysterious Russian zombie hunter who knows how to fight the zombies. Boris helps them survive while they try to escape the island.

Eventually, they discover that the zombie outbreak is spreading beyond the island. They manage to escape, but the ending suggests that the zombie problem isn't completely over.
