Almost 10 months ago when I decided to start Muay Thai as a way of filling the void that football left in my routine, I never expected to ever do an interclub or even a sparring session. “I’m just here to stay fit” 😅
Anyway, what an experience! 😮‍💨🔥
Thank you to my coaches @bernie___mac and @b4kergram as well as my training partners at @ippongym. 🤝
Big up @wassmuffinmartialarts for setting up the event!

4th of September we had a fundraising match for @jipangue in London, for a school kit distribution in Angola in collaboration with @assoc_amanhamelhor. Thanks to everyone present, those that donated and shared we were able to reach our target of £500. I’m soul grateful! Soon we will be able to show you the results and also our upcoming projects. A massive thank you to @officialbournemouthfc for kindly donating the kit for the winning team 😏🤝🌍 Faith in the Youth ✨ taken in London, United Kingdom by @b3franklin
