Last Trivia Time Thursday at B-52 Brewing the Swamp Donkeys were behind at the start of the Big Kahuna question, but afterward leaped past the competition to land in 1st place! Gotta hankerin’ for some of our real deal Texas barbecue? Catch us Saturday, October 10th at @B52brewing in Conroe! We’ll be slangin’ the good stuff from 12:30 to close (or sold out)!

As usual, we’ll be bringing some prime brisket, succulent pulled pork, juicy pork spare ribs, and a great selection of our most popular sausage links.

Saturday Specials:

Introducing Charlie’s Big Beautiful Tray! Kind of a taste of everything with our sliced prime brisket, delicious pork spare ribs, smoky pulled pork, and a little of our oh so tender turkey breast, a couple links of our craft sausage, three sides and all our pickles and garnishes for $75!

Charlie’s Charcuterie Board. Perfect for snackin with a beer! Two of our hand crafted sausage links, house made pimiento cheese with our Comeback Crackers, 1/4 lb of our Pork Belly Burnt Ends and plenty of our picklely stuff!

What about sides? Bringing Deb’s oh so popular Baked Mac n Cheese, her Famous Potato Salad and Sweet and Savory Coleslaw.

We’re bringin this year’s first batch of our Dia de Los Muertos sausage links. It’s an every year thing around Halloween. Beautifully dark, almost black, packed with a Mexican spice vibe and jammed with Oaxaca cheese, cheddar cheese and some Hatch Green Chiles. Get some while we got em!
