I’m honestly blown away

Together we’ve now raised £3,854 towards my recovery, ongoing physiotherapy, and making everyday life more accessible. ❤️

To every single person who has donated, shared my fundraiser, sent me a message, or simply believed in me—thank you. Your kindness means more than I can put into words. This fundraiser is now closed

The aim is to use this money plus money saved by myself to carry on with my physio ideally and especially during winter at a specialist physiotherapy centre

Recovery isn’t a straight road, and there are days that are incredibly tough. But knowing I have so many people behind me gives me the motivation to keep pushing forward, one session and one step at a time.

Every donation, no matter the size, is helping me continue specialist physiotherapy and work towards a more independent future. I’m incredibly grateful for every bit of support.

The last two days of physio on the island tested me
in ways I can’t even put into words 🤯😂

There were moments where I had to dig deep into the darkest places of my mind just to keep going.
It wasn’t pretty. It wasn’t easy. But I refused to quit.

Recovery isn’t always about big milestones.
Sometimes it’s simply about finding the strength to show up when every part of you wants to stop.

No matter where I am in the world, the mission stays the same: keep fighting, keep believing, and keep moving forward.
The road to recovery continues. One session at a time. 💪♿️🌴❤️

Holiday mode, but the work doesn’t stop. ☀️💪♿

Most people switch off on holiday… I’m staying locked in. Another physio session in the gym today with my bro and coach @zach_wy helping me make sure the progress doesn’t stop just because I’m away.

A change of scenery doesn’t change the goal.

Every stretch, every rep, every physio session brings me one step closer to getting back on my feet. The journey hasn’t been easy, and it won’t be overnight, but I’m proud that I haven’t stopped believing.

Recovery doesn’t care where you are.
It only rewards consistency.

One day at a time. One session at a time. One step closer. 🙏💪

The road to recovery continues... 💪

Every day I dedicate time to my stretches and physiotherapy in the hope of one day getting back on my feet.

Some days are tough. Some days progress feels slow. But giving up has never been an option.

Every stretch, every session, and every bit of effort is a step towards becoming stronger, more mobile, and more independent.

The journey isn't over yet, but I'm determined to keep pushing forward and see where hard work, patience, and belief can take me.

Every small step matters. 💪

This journey hasn’t been easy one bit
but seeing progress in my physiotherapy
reminds me why I keep fighting every single day some days are tougher than others,
but I’m never giving up.

Still pushing. Still believing. Still working towards getting back on my feet.
