Went to a Broker Open today and accidentally found a house I’d actually want to buy. 😂

📍 2338 Jaxton Court, Lewis Center

Beautiful house, great location, and apparently my job now includes walking through other people’s listings saying, “Okay… this is actually pretty nice.”

It’s listed by one of my fellow Coldwell Banker agents @abdeljallaq , so I figured I’d give it a little screen time.😉

@amavintagemotorcycledays is behind us, now I’m gearing up for the @motoamerica races this weekend at Mid Ohio! Let’s see what we can do and hopefully can make the grid! All I do know is I’m going to enjoy the experience and make the most of it. If you are near Ohio, you better have tickets to come watch the best in the country race across all classes!

Racing with @motoamerica was probably the highlight of my year, this video try’s to capture what happens before the race and how I felt.

Those few minutes sitting on the grid felt like an eternity. Crew around me, last second advice, generators running, horns blasting, people running around, fist bumps, hugs, nerves at extreme high, butterflies, and then the skies opened up. 🌧️😣. Talk about an already stressful situation turned even more dangerous. Slicks and wet track don’t go well. But I thought to myself…I might have an advantage since I’ve been on this track with similar conditions on my old Ducati.
Then the light gos out, my race starts and almost immediately all the nerves and noise went silent. (You can see in the video I nod my head right before we go, I said, “let’s do this”)

The first few laps were absolute chaos. Sliding around, watching riders go down, trying to stay calm, find grip, and keep moving forward.

Somehow, I worked my way up to 14th and finished 15th from 30th on the grid. 🏁🏁

But honestly, the finishing position was only part of it.

This entire year has been about checking off things I’ve dreamed about doing for a long time, and racing at this level was definitely one of them.

That is probably why the song “In the Air Tonight” felt so perfect for this video.

I’ve been waiting for this one. And maybe that’s the bigger lesson this year. Stop waiting, stop putting off the things you keep telling yourself you’ll do someday. Do it!

Now I’m looking forward to next year and trying to see if I can make it to Daytona in 2027. Let’s see what this old man can do!

Market got slow so my lender partner @brianwyliemtg and I decided to start embarrassing ourselves professionally instead. 😂🎤
If this real estate thing doesn’t work out, apparently we’re taking Hotel Lobby on tour.

Apparently being a “Heavy Hitter” comes with occupational hazards. 😂⚾️

Made Polaris Heavy Hitters again for August, and apparently the baseball wanted to make sure I got the message.

Jokes aside, I’m incredibly thankful. Every client who trusts me with a move, every referral, every introduction, every share, and every person who puts my name out there is a huge part of why I get to keep doing this.

The recognition is cool. Taking care of people and earning their trust is the part that actually matters.

Thank you. Seriously. Now somebody get me an ice pack. 😂

Had a pretty cool visit at the firehouse today.

My very first fire instructor came out with his grandson and a friend, and I got to show them around the station and check out some of the trucks and equipment you don’t normally see at the city departments.

He was my instructor when I was just a junior in high school, which is crazy to think about now how long ago that was 🤯

I owe a lot of where my life is today to this man and to my senior fire instructor, Jay Louks . Those two guys helped shape a lot of young men and women over the years and truly made a difference in people’s lives.

Almost 30 years later, I’m still in the fire service, and I’ll never forget the people who helped point me in this direction. That kind of impact lasts a lifetime. That, I can respect. 🫡 by @b_conrad4
