When the bass drops, the feet follow. 👟⚡ And BosBPM knows how to RUN HARD!
This crew made the trek up to Manchester, NH to run that choreo back!
Huge thank you to @kastleharper and the @rhythmandrootsstudiollc team for having us! We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share the stage with so many talented dancers and artists, and even more excited to bring this performance to such an amazing local community.
Until the next one… keep shuffling!

As I’m recovering from surgery, I realize this is the perfect time to post one of my fav runs from the @shuffleglowup retreat dis past May. Already cannot wait to get back to dancing, playing vb, and working out I guess (🙄) BUT: right now it’s time to wind down and fully recover. Bc that shit is underrated and hella important. Oh and DO YA WARMUPS‼️

S/O to DJ Zento on the decks for playing one of my fave tracks of all time 🥹
@kentomoriguchi_ cya next year hehe

Fun little groovy collab with the faaaam @b_desousa just coming up with this on the spot and wow did it turn to be a fuuuun one to the iconic track Rock With You by the king of pop himself @michaeljackson that we had to even include couple of his moves in here 🙂

I need to start posting more sesh reels and not look back. This is after Tuesday’s running man training where we had 10 min to yap and instead we used the 10 min to dance some more 🤪

Kicking the year off strong with a high-octane birthday choreo orchestrated by the magnificent Mackenzie! This piece was a delightful challenge for us, thank you @bmackattack_ for consistently pushing us to level up and infusing positive energy to the room!
We’ll be whipping out more choreos throughout the winter season, stay posted and keep on grooving! Shout out to @qistudiodance for enabling us to create in this wonderful studio!
Happy Birthday Mackenzie!
