Tri-Meet @ Covington High, 2/8/25: MY BEST MEET EVER!9/9, 1105 lbs total (85 lbs total PR) @ 162.6 lbs BW: - Squat: 435 lbs +50 lbs Meet PR- Bench: 240 lbs +35 lbs Meet PR - Deadlift: 430 lbs Rn I’m ranked 19th in the state and as of right now should qualify me for regionals. This was a very emotional and anticipated meet for me because of the adversary I had to go through to get here. During the summer, I had strained my pec and lower back from deadlifting. This prevented me from lifting heavy for a multitude of months. Going into this meet, I had a feeling I wouldn’t make it, but I pushed through and made it.
