50:08 → 40:55. The progress is real.

Heart rate hit 180+ from 2K… and from 6–10K, I was living in the pain cave. 😮‍💨

One of my toughest races all year as you can see from slide no. 5 🤣, but the cheer squads carried the vibes to get me through.

Second half marathon of the year. Came in chasing that sub 90 came up short with 1:34:30, but still walked away with a 2-minute PB. 🫡

Grateful regardless. We go back to the drawing board and get back to work.

The vibes were UNREAL - seeing my people in the cheer zones, hearing the support and energy all around the course. ❤️

Wapping’s pebbles? Fighting for my life.
That tunnel? Hot, stuffy and ZERO circulation.

Not the result we came for, but definitely not empty-handed.

We go again. 🫡
