Dreams do come true! Back to back so I’m feeling like Drake lol. Today I hosted the Grand Opening of Thirteen31 Place Apartments. 89-Units of Quality Affordable Housing literally less than a mile from where I was raised.

This project was $19M in MY back yard. It means more because it’s the first project in the City of Milwaukee to implement the Anti-Displacement program and PRIORITIZE people that live within the zip code. #BeTheChange #affordablehousing #realestatedeveloper #buybacktheblock by @b_rule

Today was the day we hosted our Groundbreaking on my $45M Development Project in Madison, WI. This project includes 150 Units of workforce housing along with. 24,000 square foot grocery store!

Access to healthy food is one of our core quality of life pillars! Housing is just one piece!

This is also meaningful because it’s the largest new construction project developed and owned by a Black Developer in the history of Wisconsin State Capital.

I do not own the rights to this music, but my boy @kcamp does! Check him out.

We’ll cover:
• Why ownership, not income alone, secures family freedom
• Navigating today’s volatile economy without sidelining values
• Converting an entrepreneurial mindset into multigenerational impact

Humbled and honored to celebrate the season at President Biden’s Holiday Party at The White House.

This invitation is more than a milestone—it’s a reminder of how far we’ve come in spaces that once excluded us. But our journey isn’t over. Economic empowerment is at the heart of the movement to create lasting change and opportunity for all.

As we reflect on this year, let’s remain focused on what’s ahead and committed to the work that drives progress. Together, we can spark the change our communities deserve.

Brothas! Today’s the day to make a move. The @blackeconomicalliance town hall reminded us—VP Kamala Harris is standing for our financial future and our families. Let’s have her back by showing up at the polls, but let’s also stay connected, come together, and hold her accountable to the promises made. Visit vote.org to get ready, because our voices matter, and our power doesn’t end at the ballot box. #Vote by @b_rule
