The only thing he hasn’t been able to be excellent at is takin a photo 🤣.

Happy Father’s Day Dad, out of all the words I could choose to say none of them would be more true than “You have never put yourself before your family”. Something that I will always remember and try to do my best at. Have never came across a better role model in my life. You never talk poorly about anyone, always are willing to be the first one to help, never complain, always treat everyone with respect. Excellent example of a follower of Christ with your actions and conversations.

But again, to not have one memory of you choosing yourself first before us is something I will cherish for the long run. Thanks for being my Dad! Love ya! by @b_schow

I never knew life could be this easy.

Which is ironic, because life hasn’t been easy on us. We’ve been hit with curveballs, loss, hard seasons, stress, exhaustion… all of it. But what they say is true… the most important decision you’ll ever make is who you choose to spend your life with.

Life with you feels peaceful. Levelheaded.
I always know what to expect from you. You respond the same on your best days as you do on your hardest days. You’re consistent with gratitude and appreciation. The same way you are with drive and discipline. You are someone the kids and I are so proud of.

#1. How do you run 5 plus times a week and not eat 5,000 cals a day 😂

#2. How to do more threshold? Have a hard time getting the heart rate above high 160’s
