💪 NO-GI ARMBARS @deltajiujitsu.nl 💪

Full mats in Amersfoort! This time we were welcomed at @deltajiujitsu.nl for a 3-hour no-gi session by @jonahobjj and @b_vanduin, with one clear focus: the armbar. 💪

Forty young grapplers filled every available spot, representing 23 different academies. 🇳🇱🇧🇪🇩🇪 30 of the 40 athletes had trained with us before, while 10 joined a TopBJJ session for the first time. Always great to see familiar faces returning while the group keeps growing. 🫶

The entire session revolved around armbars: regular, inverted, with a shotgun grip, ending with a cool choi bar. Three hours dedicated to one subject gives the kids the time to really explore it.

Big thanks to @jonahobjj and @b_vanduin for their patience explaining the positions and sharing their knowledge, and to @deltajiujitsu.nl opening their doors to these kids🙏

40 athletes. 23 academies. Full house. And right in the middle of the summer holidays. Thank you to everyone who made the trip ☀️

Next session = planned but alas, there are no more spots available. After that, it's no-gi Road to Europeans camp time. Check it out if you haven't yet!

No pain, no gain! 🥋🔥

Top Kids! True fighters! 💪 These kids show us how martial arts should be practiced: sometimes there are tears, sometimes they get tired, sometimes it gets tough, but they keep going and continue the practice 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥!

Keep fighting, keep learning, keep growing! 🥋🔥

We see inspiration, courage, willingness, and determination in every single one of them. Wow! 🤩 Every child is a true fighter in their own way!

What a wonderful way to end the school vacation and start a new season! 🥋❤️

Thank you once again, @topbjjkids, for another amazing event, and a big thank you to @deltajiujitsu.nl @b_vanduin your support! 🙏 taken in Bokkeduinen de sportp. - Posthoorn by @b_vanduin

Unc is a slang term that is a shortening of the word “uncle.” It is often used humorously on the internet in the phrase “unc status” to imply that someone is old, getting old, or acting older than their age. Someone referred to as unc may also exhibit behaviors that are considered outdated or out of touch. by @b_vanduin
