nobody talks about putting in the time w yourself.
spending hours driving yourself insane alone until you learn to enjoy your own company, until you prefer it.
hearing the worst parts of yourself yell at you from all sides, and hearing it, but still pushing through. learning to be boring/bored. learning to be idle and be okay with the thoughts that are coming and going. until you have a grasp on your own mind nothing else in this world matters. not love not money. everything you do from that point on will be guided by your shadows, your traumas, your fears. because you are still too afraid to pause and face them head on. you are too stubborn in yourself to deconstruct the being you have always known which is stunting the birth your higher self. relinquish your desire- to be heard, to be right. understand discernment in which battles to fight and when to flee. learn that fleeing isn’t weakness. that silence isn’t weakness, but instead that silence allows others to ruminate in their own shadows and misery. remove yourself from the constructs and limits placed on you (OR THAT YOU HAVE PLACED ON YOURSELF) in this physical arrangement. see beyond. feel beyond. become the alchemist. by @ba4stet
