2024: Grew as a father and husband and as a family. Found Finn’s diagnosis. Enjoyed the gym, sauna, and cold tub with the Breakfast Club. Coached some amazing boys. Travelled a bit. Spent a lot of time at Black Lab drinking coffee. Biked many miles w Finn. Drove to hospitals and different doctors a bit too much. Met some great people. 2025:Looking forward to seeing Finn happy more often and supporting Fay in our search to helping him feel better everyday. Cook some killer dinners. Add people to the Breakfast Club 💪 Daily cold and sauna sessions. Bike rides w the fam around Forest Park. Hangout w Clover and Giorgi. More dinner dates w Fay. Barefoot walks in the grass. Coach some more. Daily 5v2 sessions. Nightly walks with Quinn and Rosie. Travel. Stay tan. Meet more cool people. taken in St. Louis, Missouri by @ba66io
