No one gives a fuxk. Everyone is too busy doing their own sh!t on how to survive their days.
Focus on your own life and not on other people's POV. Your feelings doesn't always matter, for them to give you the attention you demands.
You are the one who is responsible of your own actions and emotions.
Get up and be a blessing to everyone.
Not a burden for yourself and for other people to carry.
Life is already hard, we're supposed to support and lift everyone up.

When an old person talks about his or her life, I listen with intention to learn.

I zoned out whenever the story is about his/.her disappointment in life , his/her failures, and his /her unmended mistakes
- an old lady talking about her always absent - cheating husband
- an old lady fighting for her legal rights , after everything including basic respect is being deprived from her
- an old man who got a wrong partner in life that only drained him physically, emotionally and financially
- an old man who wasted his youth and energy that when he got older, without his capacity to work and earn, started to lose everything,
- his finances, his identity, his peace and the people who used to care for him but he only disappointed due to his careless actions and selfish decisions.

Et al.
Different people, different stories.

It's always what you get is what you tolerate.
When you let people treats u badly, it will never gets better . It will just becomes a cycle.

Even pity and sympathy are negotiational.

And. I zoned out hearing those stories, telling myself, " I don't want to have life like that."

I'd rather suffer alone than to let people have the opportunity to make me more miserable..

It's easier to reset and rebuild my life than to fix people's behavior
